Images which appear to be abstract or mandala like from a distance reveal representational, historical images when seen up close. Circular kaleiodoscopic images create a historical and cultural overview of the surrounding area, including the Pre-Columbian artifacts of the local Gabrielino Native Americans, the Missions, the Ranchos, the hot rod car culture of the 1950s, and the development of the citrus and entertainment industries.
